Wait 7 to 15 business days
(Monday to Friday) for orders to be processed.
(Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays)
You will NOT receive any updates on your order while is being processed.
Please do not request tracking information or updates on your order unless the appropriate processing time for the order has passed, which is the amount of time you agreed when the order was made.
Tracking information will be sent automatically via email after the order is processed.
After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME ONCE THE ORDER FINISHED TO PROCESS(7 TO 15 BUSINESS DAYS)
Domestic shipping: Shipping takes 1 to 5 business days within Portugal.
International Shipping: Depending on your location, shipping will take 5 to 20 business days. The store is not responsible for customs fees.
All orders will be sent by registered shipping.
Once an order is in the hands of the Post Office, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you experience any problems.
Please make sure your address is correct at check-out.
We are not responsible if your
package is shipped to the wrong address. If package is returned (wrong location
or order was not withdrawn within the estimated time frame), you are
responsible for paying the shipping fee again.
READY TO SHIP OR PICKUP(LISBON)
Orders ready to ship, shipping will be made on the next business day. For the order to reach you, it depends on the estimated time of your location.
Pickup (Lisbon), Pickup is only available within the city of Lisbon inside the Metro of the Military College depending on the availability of the Delivery Person and the person responsible to pickup the order. For pickup, 7 to 15 Business days is also required for the order to be processed.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
